§01
CLAUSE
Your account
IN PLAIN WORDS
You’re responsible for who uses your login. Keep it safe.
1.1
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by users you invite.
1.2
Notify us at once if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise to protect you and the networks we work with.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by users you invite.

CLAUSE
Using RecoverIQ

Use it to fight real disputes. Don’t use it to deceive anyone.
2.1
You may use the service only for lawful dispute management and fraud prevention on transactions you are entitled to represent. You may not submit evidence you know to be false or altered.
2.2
We may update features over time. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.

3.1
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires. Performance fees are calculated on funds actually returned to you after a won dispute.
3.2
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Taxes are added where applicable and shown on every invoice.

If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at 12 months of fees.
6.1
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
6.2
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

You may cancel at the end of any billing period. We may terminate for material breach that is not fixed within 15 days of notice.
7.2
Clauses that by their nature should survive, including fees owed, confidentiality and liability, continue after the agreement ends.
