How the sync works
Data moves both ways. RecoverIQ reads new records from Adyen within seconds and writes case status and outcomes back, so both tools always tell the same story.
Set it up
Open Settings, then Integrations, in RecoverIQ and pick Adyen.
Sign in to Adyen and approve the dispute and charge permissions RecoverIQ asks for.
Pick the merchant accounts and currencies you want covered.
Run the first sync. Disputes from the last 120 days are imported automatically.
