Shopify connects to RecoverIQ in a few clicks. Orders, fulfilment and customer history as evidence. Once it is live, every new dispute arrives with the order history already attached, so your team stops copying data between tabs.

How the sync works
Data moves both ways. RecoverIQ reads new records from Shopify within seconds and writes case status and outcomes back, so both tools always tell the same story.
Set it up
Open Settings, then Integrations, in RecoverIQ and pick Shopify.
Install the RecoverIQ app from the Shopify app store and approve read access to orders.
Choose the stores to include if you run more than one.
Run the first sync. Disputes from the last 120 days are imported automatically.
