BigCommerce connects to RecoverIQ in a few clicks. Order and shipment proof for every dispute. Once it is live, every new dispute arrives with the order history already attached, so your team stops copying data between tabs.

How the sync works
RecoverIQ only reads from BigCommerce. Nothing in your BigCommerce account is changed, which keeps the setup safe for teams with strict access rules.
Set it up
Open Settings, then Integrations, in RecoverIQ and pick BigCommerce.
Install the RecoverIQ app from the BigCommerce app store and approve read access to orders.
Choose the stores to include if you run more than one.
Run the first sync. Disputes from the last 120 days are imported automatically.
