How the sync works
RecoverIQ only reads from Afterpay. Nothing in your Afterpay account is changed, which keeps the setup safe for teams with strict access rules.
Set it up
Open Settings, then Integrations, in RecoverIQ and pick Afterpay.
Sign in to Afterpay and approve the dispute and charge permissions RecoverIQ asks for.
Pick the merchant accounts and currencies you want covered.
Run the first sync. Disputes from the last 120 days are imported automatically.
