How the sync works
RecoverIQ sends data to QuickBooks. Won, lost and pending outcomes are pushed on a schedule you choose, from every hour to once a day.
Set it up
Open Settings, then Integrations, in RecoverIQ and pick QuickBooks.
Sign in to QuickBooks and approve access to your chart of accounts.
Map recovered revenue and chargeback fees to the right accounts.
Run the first sync. Disputes from the last 120 days are imported automatically.
