How the sync works
RecoverIQ only reads from Signifyd. Nothing in your Signifyd account is changed, which keeps the setup safe for teams with strict access rules.
Set it up
Open Settings, then Integrations, in RecoverIQ and pick Signifyd.
Generate a read-only API key in Signifyd and paste it into RecoverIQ.
Decide whether guaranteed orders should skip the RecoverIQ queue.
Run the first sync. Disputes from the last 120 days are imported automatically.
