Set conditions like amount, reason and customer history. When an alert matches, RecoverIQ refunds the order and closes the alert.

Rules run in order, top to bottom.
Every refund is logged with the rule that triggered it.
You can pause a rule at any time.
Getting started
Open Alerts, choose Rules and pick a template. Most merchants start with “Refund under $40, no prior disputes”.
